I loved dedicated employees!
It was a great value hotel in a wonderful area, not far from a 24 hr McDonalds and Convenience store, Boston, Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard and the Days Inn Middleboro.

The staff are pleasant courteous and always helpful We have stayed here many times
QUITE DISAPPOINTED this visit with the breakfast. In previous visits The breakfast was simple yet satisfactory . This time my family was very unhappy. Only old apples no bananas no oranges. No yogurt no oatmeal no strawberries for the waffles . White bread no english muffins No sausage patty. Very slim pickins and we have known better at this hotel. We will reconsider choosing here if this is now the standard

Good, covenient location, quiet.
Had to stand at the counter for more than 15 minutes while the clerk handled phone reservations. Pool was not open. It was being "cleaned" - it was only after a full day that a sign was displayed informing us that the pool had been closed by order of the health department. (We had two 7 year olds with us). Advertised complete "hot" breakfast. The only "hot" food I ever saw was a "make your own waffle iron". There was a chaffing dish for eggs and sausage or bacon - that never appeared.

Beds comfortable. Liked having fridge in room.
Bathroom wasn't that clean, not enough hooks to hang towels. No door hanger in room to say "do not disturb". I prefer sink in same room as toilet. No plug in bathroom for night light.

The staff was friendly
Being awoken by a tour bus at 7 am, the back up noises were loud, but then it sat idling outside my window for 30 minutes, very annoying.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The outside parking lot ... It was unfortunate to have Verizon Union camped out during there strike. Felt a little uneasy driving past them .

Location and price. Staff at front desk was nice.
The blower of the heat / air conditioning was VERY loud. No matter what setting I had it on, whenever the blower came on, it woke me up. I had a terrible night's sleep. :(
